Appointment & Arrival Information

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. No-show appointments significantly impact our ability to serve patients—thank you for your courtesy.

If you, anyone in your household, or your pet is ill, please reschedule for two weeks after the last symptoms have resolved.

Drop-off times:

  • Cats: 7:30–8:00 AM
  • Dogs: 8:00–8:30 AM

Pickup is at 2:15 PM

Please request any relevant medical or rescue records and email them to [email protected] at least 2 days before your appointment.

Fasting instructions:
Water is allowed until drop-off. Adult pets must have food withheld after midnight. Puppies and kittens under 16 weeks and toy-breed dogs under 10 lbs may have 1–2 teaspoons of food up to 2 hours before drop-off.

Arrival process:
Remain in your car and text (732) 858-0283 upon arrival. You’ll receive a reply when it’s time to bring your pet inside. If you do not receive a response, call (732) 796-0900. We will review your pet’s health, confirm procedures, and collect payment.
Accepted payment: cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover. Not accepted: checks, American Express, CareCredit.

Location note:
Some GPS units may list our location as Keyport. We are on the southbound side of Route 35, just south of Laurel Ave. Call us if you need help.
